Shopping.

Today I am heading out to buy some stuff for the new condo. Topping my list are a queen sized bed, a flat screen TV, a microwave and an L shaped sofa. I'm hoping to be able to buy flat mounts too for the two TVs we will be installing. I'm excited on this new project. Something I am really looking forward to. It has been a while since I've been in home stores and furniture shopping actually gives me a certain high :) So let's go!

linens and note pads

Aside from the linen dust ruffle I ordered online last weekend when I spent my entire morning online shopping, I also ordered these uber cute personalized mommy notepads. And they were delivered really fast! Ain't they the cutest?! Now I can't wait to send out notes and letters to everyone I know, haha!

kids and music

My eldest is musically inclined. I dont know where she got it from but ever since she was little, she loved music. Which is why the moment she turned 6, I enrolled her to piano and voice lessons. And now, a year after her lessons, she has improved a lot! She has been to three recitals, and one is on the way, and can very well play piano pieces and belt out diva songs. My youngest, at 4 now, is also showing interest with music. For starters, he loves the marching drums at wwbw! Haha. That's a good (no matter how odd) start, right? I will surely have him take lessons too when he's old enough.

Yesterday

I was up and about early yesterday to go shopping for Halloween costumes for the kids and some english saddles. First, I needed to look for something Mateo can wear for their United Nations costumes parade on the 25th. His chosen country is Australia so I needed to dress him up with something "Outback". And I was successful at this, even got him really cute boots! For trick or treating, I got him a pirate costume. As for the little girl, she'll be one of her favorite dolls this Halloween, a Lalaloopsy doll!!! Which one? You guess!

Bikes and vintage tubs

We spent one weekend looking for bikes for the kids. Well, let me correct that, the dad and the kids only actually because I was busy inspecting the vintage tub on display at next door furniture store. Anyway, here's what they ended up getting, complete with safety gear and all of course.

Yesterday.

Yesterday, no matter how sick the husband and the little girl, we made our way to attend a rockin' 7th birthday party at VV6. It was Sandy's 7th and Sophia in party heaven again, of course. She was having sore throat the entire day but managed to say she was fine and badly wanted to attend the party. So off we went. She had a blast of course. The celebrant sang her fave song by Taylor Swift, Jumap and Fall with the dad and the band playing wonderful Acoustic Guitars. The audience loved it! The dad was really good you'd think he's a professional acoustic guitar player. Well, he once was I think. Anyway, both adults and kids had fun partying and listening to music. It was great until we were in the car home and Sophia started vomiting :( Ohh, my poor baby.... she did everything just to be able to attend the party pretending she's all fine. Hay, kids .....

Wow.

Wow. My last post on this blog was way back December 2011. Wow. Just wow. Where have I been? What have I been busy with? Well, I've been here and there. Busy with real life. Shuffling kids to and from school, running a mini business, taking a trip or two, checking this and that, and the list goes on. I've obviously missed out on blogging. I am constantly active on twitter and instagram though. The two new loves of my online life :)

Anyway, so it has been almost a year?! Well, two months short to a year to be exact. That was loooong! Probably the reason why I had a hard time logging in, I forgot my password already! Oh well....

I can't promise to be back but I will try. I had free time today so I suddenly felt the urge to blog. I hope I get more free time in the mornings so I can blog some more. With two kids now and a business on the side, free time isn't always available for a doting mom like me. You will however see me in the grocery all the time! Haha. And probabaly, yes, the mall! Shhhhhhh.

So, its September, what are you all up to? Are you starting on your Christmas shopping already? As for me, no shopping yet. Although the kids' wishlist are up. Sophia, my 7 year old, wants the New Ipad. Hers broke, wouldn't turn on, some weeks ago. I took it for repair but sadly, its really dead, cannot be fixed anymore :( Sophia's also crazy over Lalaloopsy dolls lately (and so I am! they are so cute!) so she wants a few for Christmas too. My little naughty boy Mateo on the other hand likes anything Mickey. Yes, he's not over the Mickey Mouse stage yet. In fact, he wants a Mickey Mouse party for his 4th birthday. Speaking of his 4th birthday, I'm planning to throw him a small party here at home. We'll have our house blessing to go with it too. Yes, yes, yes, we have moved and are finally settled with the new house. Hurray! Have I blogged about that or not yet? I don't quite remember anymore. Sorry.

On to other updates, as I said, we've moved and are settled well. We are loving the new house. We mostly have the necessities but still lacking some decors- specifically paintings! Oh those expensive paintings ..... Someday soon :) I'm happy with our Cacnio piece though. It's neatly placed on our Vito Selma center table. But the list is still long. So many more art pieces I want to buy! Soon, soon, soon.

As for moi, still the same old me. For Christmas, there's really nothing I want except maybe for a bf or men's watch like the tag heuer carrera. I'm tired of borrowing Jon's rolex that's why. I wanna have my own men's watch for a change :) A new bag will be a delight too of course. After all, I love bags more than anything else (materially speaking).

And how about my husband? Well, his wish is to go back to Paris. I hope it comes true!

impossible?

How hard can it be to find a nice magazine display rack? Man, hard! I've been on a lookout for one and nothing seems to fit my need and taste. I've been to every mall and furniture store possible at that. Now I'll try my luck online. I am still hoping I could get one before Christmas. Or is that impossible? We'll see ...

for 2012

I am so done with my Christmas shopping for this year. My card cannot take anymore swiping. At all. And I banned myself from shopping malls until the end of the year too! Haha, wish me luck on this ordeal. So for now, I content myself at coolecting circuit city coupons 2012 online for future use. I know I know, its early but I'm sure these coupons will be put to good use, soon.

See, its my daughter's 7th birthday on March and she wants a lappy ;) Speaking of my daughter, look how tall she had grown!

Thanksgiving Sale

It's almost Thanksgiving sale and I can't wait. I already have my list of what to buy, you see. Mostly are for the kids and some stuff for the house. But I am on a lookout for cigar specials too for my uncles. I hope I can score some great deals this year like last year. I wish my internet connection cooperates too or I'm dead. Stuff online sell like pancakes when its Thanksgiving Sale you know.

Back from Singapore

I just got back from a very fun trip to Singapore. I was with my whole family - Jon, the kids, my parents and sibs. We stayed in Festive Hotel at Resorts World for easy access to Universal Studios Singapore and a night at Marina Bay Sands. Weather was good while we were there. Although, it would sometimes rain, it was all great. We got to go to places we wanted to go and was able to shop a little. I was even able to get the mens wedding ring my cousin has ordered. Fun fun fun trip. Photos to follow :)

for today

Its a lazy Saturday so far but upon opening and checking my emails, some work has been waiting for me. Ugh! A few emails to be sent and some rv travel emergency calls to make. i hope I get to finish in time for lunch so I can take out the kids and do Fun Ranch. I promised to treat them today and they sure are looking forward to it. If the weather permits, we can go swimming in the afternoon too and make my Saturday fun fun fun!

today

Woke up early today to finish some pending tasks online. Topping my list of to do's is to finally sit and read up on Wholesaleinsurance.net to be able to decide on what type of insureance to get. I have been meaning to get one for me for the longest time now you see. I just don't know what kind. Hopefully today I finally resolve that. I also plan to return tons of email on my inbox. I have been extremely lazy to reply to emails lately so pardon me. Since we moved to the new house, it has been busy busy busy for me. I have yet to get settled and all. Soon.

fat burner pills for sale

Looks like the husband is serious on running so he might ditch his fat burners anytime soon. I, on the other hand, is still undecided if running is for me so I just might end up taking the fat burner pills he bought. They cost much so I don't want to throw them away! Or if you know of anyone interested, message me :)

First Linggo ng Wika

Last week, it was my little boy's first Linggo ng Wika" stint ever and the doting mom that I am, I had to document it of course. I had carefully thought of his costume too and had it made because I couldn't find anything in the mall that I liked. I actually spent the whole looking for his costume while I bought an Epson TM-T88V for hubby's office but I went home empty handed. Ending, custom made costume :)
